On 17 February 2026, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Georgia, Tamar Liluashvili, held a meeting with representatives of ITA Airways, Rita Gaglione and Giorgio Garbelli.

During the meeting, the parties discussed opportunities to strengthen tourism and business ties.

Particular attention was given to areas of cooperation that would further stimulate economic relations and enhance people-to-people contacts between the two countries.
